This Return Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through https://msmc.in, the official website of MSMC Fashion.

MSMC Fashion is operated by MSMC TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and currently focuses on women’s fashion including Kurta Sets, Sarees and Short Kurtis.

Return Window

A standard return request should be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not qualify for a standard return, except where a remedy remains available under applicable law.

When a Product May Be Returned

Subject to the conditions of this policy, a return may be requested when:

• You received a product different from the product ordered.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• An incorrect size, colour or variant was supplied by MSMC Fashion.
• An eligible product is returned within the standard return period in unused and returnable condition.

Condition of Returned Products

For a standard return to be accepted, the product should ordinarily satisfy all of the following conditions:

Products should be returned in a condition suitable for inspection. Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

Non-Returnable Products

A standard return may be declined where:

• The applicable return period has expired.
• The item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or otherwise used.
• Original product tags have been removed or materially damaged.
• Parts, accessories or components originally supplied with the product are missing.
• The product has been customised or personalised specifically for the customer, where applicable.
• The product was clearly identified as non-returnable or final sale before purchase, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, materially different from the item ordered or incorrectly supplied, please contact MSMC Fashion as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs of the received product or packaging may be requested where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

After review, an appropriate remedy may include return, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, product availability and applicable law.

Return Shipping & Pickup

Where reverse-pickup service is available, MSMC Fashion may provide or arrange return instructions for the eligible product.

Reverse pickup availability may depend on the delivery location and logistics service coverage. Where pickup is unavailable, alternate return instructions may be provided.

Where the return results from a verified wrong, damaged or defective product supplied to the customer, reasonable return-shipping arrangements will be handled accordingly.

For other eligible returns, any return-shipping charge, if applicable, should be communicated before the return is processed.

Return Inspection

Returned products may be inspected after receipt to verify the item, its condition and compliance with this Return Policy.

The inspection may consider whether:

• The correct product has been returned.
• The product remains unused and unworn.
• Tags and supplied components are intact.
